Job description for LOGISTICS ASSISTANT at Vanguard Recruitment®
You'll be joining a large organisation of companies at their flagship logistics center as a Logistics Assistant sorting light-weight packages in a technology-driven 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment hub that's processed 13M+ items for 150+ brands across 220 countries. You'll be supporting daily warehouse operations with real-time WMS visibility, marketplace integrations (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify), and ATC-accredited processes that consistently deliver 99% on-time fulfilment and 98%+ packing accuracy.

Requirements:
- Accurately sorting light weight packages
- No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to follow instructions and warehouse processes accurately
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Team player
- Able to use computer
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred:
- Warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or e-commerce experience
- Familiarity with barcode scanning or inventory checking
Compensation:
$2,300–$3,500 per month (based on experience)
