Job description for Logistics Admin at Advario Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
We are looking for a
Administrative Executive (1 Year Contract)
to join our Logistics department at Advario in Singapore, starting as soon as possible.
Your Tasks:
- Maintain and administer active customers' contracts
- Maintain department archiving management system
- Maintain contact list of internal/external stakeholder
- Maintain filing and archiving system of import and export documents
- Support vessel vetting clearance
- Support the commercial team in the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly reports for Board meetings
- Arrange and ensure prompt delivery of shipping documents (import/export) to customers
- Generate/Post/Distribute weekly/monthly invoice(s)
- Provide weekly/monthly stock inventory reports to customer(s)
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and terminal visits
- Work order processing (order creation/checking) for storage customers
Job Profile:
- Min. Diploma in Business / Logistics/ Supply Chain
- Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word). Knowledge of Power Bi is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data and handling data-related tasks
- Meticulous, organised, and detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Please note:
- This position is based in Jurong Island
- Official Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1700 hours
