Job description for Logistic Assistant at Educare Human Capital Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the smooth running of warehouse operations including picking and packing based on customer order sheets
Perform scanning and put-away of goods
Check the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing of goods
Liaise with internal customers, external service providers, and suppliers
Perform cycle count and stock take activities
Carry out system transactions (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
Handle loading, unloading, put-away, and goods inspection duties
Support inbound and outbound picking activities
Operate reach truck, forklift, and order picker when required
Assist with any other ad-hoc warehouse duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Proficient in computer literacy
Positive attitude with good attendance and punctuality records
Able to perform overtime when required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry or related educational background preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
MHE certified and able to drive reach truck and order picker is an advantage
Able to support OT whenever required, including weekdays and weekends
