Job description for Loan Processing Officer at Nala Clean Group
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
• Prepare and manage loan applications
• Collect, review, and verify client documents (ID, income, assets, etc.)
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders
• Track applications and follow up on outstanding conditions
• Coordinate settlement and ensure all conditions are met
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, or financial
services
• Open to all educational backgrounds; any major is welcome
• Excellent English (written & verbal) is a must
• Already living in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently
