Job description for Live Streaming Operator at Facetology Innovation & Technology
1. Assist the host in conducting sales during live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, in accordance with the directions and KPIs provided by the Live Streaming Lead.
2. Show store ratings, product ratings, and positive reviews to potential buyers or live streaming viewers.
3. Carry out daily scripts and campaign materials provided and explained by the Live Streaming Lead to be presented during the live streaming session.
4. Assist or demonstrate how to complete checkout, apply available vouchers, and inform viewers about discounted prices during the live streaming session.
5. Prepare live streaming requirements, such as OBS application readiness, OBS layout setup, internet connection checks, product samples, and live streaming equipment.
6. Assist the host in preparing live streaming needs according to the directions from the Live Streaming Lead.
7. Help the host prepare daily reports.
8. Carry out all instructions given by the Live Streaming Lead and Producer related to the smooth operation of the live streaming session.
