Job description for Legal Staff at Raffles Christian Group of Schools

We are expecting you to:

  • Responsible for any report & data management regarding all personnel administration/Legal and Industrial Relation.
  • Responsible as liaison of any organizational regulation and procedures related to personnel matters/Legal and Industrial Relation, employee concerns, not limited to simple employee counseling activities.
  • Assisting activities related to employees and personnel programs in the respective campus.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor Degree related in Law, or related major.
  • Communicative and have enthusiasm in the field of education.
  • Highly motivated & committed in work, initiative, willingness to learn, well-organized person.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Confident to use English as daily conversational basis.
  • Fresh graduate with passion in serving others, neat and meticulous person are welcome.
