Job description for LEGAL OFFICER at Ormand Corp Group
- Write and review settlement documents, contracts, agreements and more
- Regularly analyze the actions and decisions of the companies in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible
- Review corporate agreement
- Provide legal advice
- Continuously research legal resources and always up to date for the latest developments in laws and regulation
- Doing administration activities, such as: filling documents, preparing reports, follow up internal or external resources, etc
- Candidate possess at least Bachelor's Degree major in Law
- At least 2 (two) years of working experience in the the related field
- Having good knowledge about all applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Self motivated, hardworking, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in making agreement, drafting deed, handling license, input OSS will be a plus point
