Job Description
- Monitor and ensure day-to-day compliance of operating team to existing regulations
- Advise the company on new and existing laws & regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with various external stakeholders
- Handle company contracts and legal agreements
Qualifications
- Male / Female max 26 years old
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law
- Deep understanding of existing regulations for Stock Brokerage from OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI, Kemenkeu
- Proven track record of building relationships with regulators
- Having WPPE / WPEE / WMI license is a plus
