- Find and Dealing for new tenants
- Negotiate for leasing agreement with new and existing tenants
- Manage and review lease process
- Handling lease administration, contract and agreement
- Maintain good relationship with all clients
- Analizing and developing strategy for property leasing
- Leading leasing team to fulfill company target and strategy
Job Requirements
- Male or Female with max age of 35 years old
- Minimum 3 year experience in Mall/Property Management
- Bachelor degree from any major. Marketing is prefered
- Have a database for potential clients and business owner
- Great communication skill with good and engaging appearance
- Negotiation, Presentation, Diplomatic Ability
- Strong leadership and administration skills
