- Focused on ensuring the relationship between learning outcomes, assessment tasks and teaching activities is explicit, direct, and aligned.
- Confronting the problem of online learning through the application of design thinking principles.
- Deciding on the most suitable modes of instruction.
- Formulating curriculum outlines that address identified skill deficits.
- Writing, editing, and structuring course content in a way that bolsters students retention.
- Creating lesson plans and teaching materials, including assessment, based on curricula.
- Develop “go-to-market” strategies and execute programs that not only increase services attach rate but also drive net-new business through different routes to market.
- Partner with Program Leads to execute all aspects of portfolio programs.
- May engage in marketing activities for open enrollment programs, in partnership with the program portfolio team and the Executive Education marketing group, to drive applications and identify well-qualified program participants.
- Collaborates with cross-functional organisations (marketing, product management, sales, education, and training) in creating go-to-market campaigns, programs, and assets.
- Degree in instructional design, research, educational psychology, or similar.
- Experience in a start-up/non-governmental organisation/lecturing or teaching position.
- Demonstrable experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer.
- Superb written communication skills.
- Formulating curriculum outlines that address identified skill deficits.
- Writing, editing, and structuring course content in a way that bolsters students retention.
