Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Information Systems, Sociology, or a related field.
- Ability to design and develop curricula, including training materials, learning activities, and training assessment/evaluation methods.
- Ability to create interactive and well-structured learning modules.
- Experience in developing training materials such as e-learning content, presentations, and instructional resources.
- Creative, innovative, and capable of strategic thinking in learning program development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading training content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports, is an advantage.
