Job description for Lead UI/UX designer at Truffle Technologies
We offer an amazing opportunity for a talented UI/UX specialist to get to design compelling, fresh, and modern user experiences and user interfaces for innovative digital services, e.g. mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Work closely in a small team to create intuitive, fresh and elegant user flows and experiences for digital platforms
- Translate concepts into wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups, and build interactive prototypes to test ideas
- Design high-quality mobile and web user interfaces and visually beautiful UI elements
- Develop and maintain design documents and style guides
Requirements
- 4+ years working experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms
- Proven experience of designing cutting edge UI designs for mobile/web services preferable for reputable companies/clients
- Excellent creative visual design skills and solid understanding of design principles
- Solid and demonstrated knowledge of UX and UI best practices and eye for creating excellent experiences
- Relevant degree in graphic design or related field
- Proficiency in Affinity Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design tool
- Solid experience in interactive prototyping tools e.g. InVision or Figma
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a small team and independently
- Entrepreneurial and experimental mindset
- Positive teamwork spirit
- Innate curiosity and passion to learn and develop your skills continuously and keep yourself up to date with the latest design trends
- Fast learner
- Located in Singapore
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in creating and implementing design elements for AR apps
- Experience in 3D asset creation and 3D modelling tools e.g. 3dsMax/Maya/Blender
- Hands-on experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
