Job description for LCI Coordinator at ANOTECH Singapore
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Ensure that the Client's documentation requirements are known and understood by all relevant parties within the Project
· Advice and assist the project in how to adhere to the Client's documentation requirements
· Ensure that the Client's documentation requirements are enabled for in the project IT applications
· Provide progress reports, advice and guidance on LCI issues to Line Manager
· Assist project personnel in communicating documentation requirements to suppliers, Subcontractors
· Perform internal documentation related quality checks according to Contractors Project Execution Model philosophy before final transfer to Client
· Follow up, validate and quality check of definition and insertion of Engineering data
· Coordinate and establish routines for information flow between Company and Contractors data systems
· Responsible monitoring of data transfer as required by Contract
· Good understanding on Engineering design tools and ability to handle LCI tools and handover system.
· Verify LCI deliverables prior handover as per contractual LCI milestones.
· Ensure LCI deliveries according to company LCI specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
· Effective and timely coordination of the day to day activities of the information and knowledge management support services
· Identification of staff training needs and development requirements and assists in the development and implementation of education strategies
· Provide subject matter expertise to projects stakeholders in area of LCI.
· Responsible for ensuring all information handed over is As Built.
