Job description for Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) at PT. Rubiyat Indonesia
- Setting up & managing a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Working with other KAM & brand managers to mantain relationships with key customers
- achieve revenue & PROFIT targets
- work with management to develop and EXECUTE marketing strategies inside modern trade accounts
- work with management & marketing to ensure activities are performed outside of modern trade to dirve brand awareness.
- Ensure activities done outside of modern trade connect back to modern trade sales
- manage relationships with key account stakeholders
- work with IT to Setup any nescessary software / CRM to monitor the performance of products, sales & md's
- Develop & manage annual, quarterly & monthly budgets
- Be able to work with an initial limited marketing budget to provide results. Budgets will grow once capacity for ROI has been established.
- Be able to justify marketing spend with a clear connection to future ROI
- Able to use a marketing plan to negotiate trading terms & listing fee costs
- Able to negotiate supplier terms with modern trade
- Able to solve problems with modern trade account by managing KAM/Sales or personally deal with the problem
- 5+ years working in FMCG and modern trade
- Most of our brands are premium. Experience working with premium brands is preferred
- Very familiar with the required structure for success in Modern Trade
- Experience with monitoring & managing modern trade sales & marketing profitably
- existing contacts in key modern trade accounts (Prefer
- Jabodetabek)
