Job description for Kế Toán Công Nợ/ Nội bộ at EPLC Vietnam LTD
• Quản lý hóa đơn, chi phí đầu ra, đầu vào
• Quản lý theo dõi công nợ với nhà máy, khách hàng, BHXH
• Theo dõi lập bảng chấm công, phiếu lương, chi lương nhân viên
• Kiểm tra tình trạng Xuất nhập tồn của hàng hoá (kho văn phòng)
• Kiểm tra giá thị trường, làm việc với nhà cung cấp về hạng mục quản lý văn phòng khi cần thiết
• Làm các BCTC/ Income Statement/Profit & Loss ...
• Tổng hợp, thống kê các số liệu kế toán khi có yêu cầu đối soát hoặc các yêu cầu khác của cấp trên
• Tham mưu cho Ban Giám Đốc để công ty làm đúng theo chuẩn mực kế toán, thuế, nhà nước.
Yêu cầu:
• Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng, Đại học ngành Kế toán, Tài chính chuyên ngành có liên quan. Có thể nhận việc ngay trong tháng 12 là một lợi thế.
• Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 6 tháng ở các công ty dịch vụ kế toán là lợi thế
• Khả năng thống kê, phân tích, tổng hợp, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, thích làm việc với số liệu
• Biết làm các BCTC,... bằng tiếng Anh là lợi thế
