- Melakukan rekrutmen agen-agen
- Melakukan administrasi keagenan
- Mencatat segala aktivitas penjualan melalui SFA (Sales Force Automation) dalam perangkat kerja yang diberikan (tablet/komputer)
- Melaksanakan program-program bekaitan dengan pengembangan agen yang telah di tetapkan oleh Agency Management Department Head HO
- Memonitor pekerjaan agen-agen
- Memiliki gelar sarjana minimal dengan IPK 3,00
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan training & development
