- Have broad connection with various talent; influencers/actress/actors/models
- Capable in managing influencers/actress/actor/models or involved in talent management
- Familiar with end to end talent acquiring
- Active in social media, and keeping up with all trends across platforms
- Creative and has huge interest in content creation
- Solid understanding of social media admin scope of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Always put attention to details in work
