Job description for Junior Recruitment Specialist at Impact
- Proactively and strategically presenting solutions to meet recruitment needs
- Practice external research to have a better understanding of the broad recruiting field and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified leads from diverse sourcing channels
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Bachelor’s Degree with min GPA 3.5 in any field. Fresh graduate and final year students are welcome to apply
- Have at least 3 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, strategic partnership, or related position. Internship experiences are valid
- Experienced in hiring certain positions in digital marketing, sales, and business role are preferred
- Have a deep understanding of sourcing strategy & recruitment pro
- Growth mindset, professionalist, empathy, out-of-the-box thinking
- Willing to involve in our digital transformation journey for digitalizing internal system for the recruitment process
