Job Description:
• Assist in preparing and processing legal dossiers for foreign-invested and local enterprises, including company incorporation, amendments to Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), business licenses, work permits, temporary residence cards, and other corporate licensing procedures.
• Liaise with competent authorities to submit applications, follow up on processing status, and obtain results.
• Draft legal documents, applications, letters, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other documents required for corporate legal procedures.
• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and regulations relating to investment, enterprises, labor, immigration, and other relevant areas.
• Assist in reviewing clients' documents and preparing document checklists to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Communicate with clients to collect information, explain document requirements, and provide updates on project progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Accounting, Payroll, and HR, to support client projects and ensure timely completion of legal procedures.
• Translate legal and business documents between English and Vietnamese.
• Maintain legal records and update the status of assigned projects.
• Perform other legal assignments as directed by the Legal Supervisor and Director.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economic Law, or a related legal field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Hanoi Law University, the University of Economics and Law, or the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
• IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
• Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with foreign clients.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Careful, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
