MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Nurture and develop relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Plan to develop products and improve sales efficiency
- Collect, research, and find new business opportunities including potential customer groups, markets, trends, products, services
- Build new fulfillment processes, improve new ways to reach customers
- Work with stakeholders to build effective new campaigns, increase the number of potential customers
- Manage e-commerce channels to reach new potential customers
- Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by supervisor, manager.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Graduate in business administration, international business or related degrees.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, logistics
- Fluent in communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Have business and commercial acumen mindset
- Experienced in planning, implementing sales strategies, arranging effective team organization
- Ability to do multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- Have experience in managing Alibaba, global source, amazon e-commerce stores is a plus
- Understand the export segment of the handicraft industry and logistics is an advantage.
