The Junior HR Generalist will manage a variety of human resource functions at Lugua Boardgame, including recruitment, employee training, employee management, administrative duties, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will ensure that company policies and procedures are followed, and will support efforts to create a productive and harmonious work environment.
Job Description :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment
- Conduct Employee Administration
- create programs related to employee development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees, Monitor and address any performance-related issues or concerns.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Support in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
Job Requirement:
- Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP)
- Willing to work with high mobility (Pondok Pinang - Mall Grand Indonesia)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Experience working in a F&B or similar hospitality business is a plus.
