Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide design support for offices globally from concept to completion
- Produce branding, visualization of social media images, engagement graphics, and infographics
- Identifying and recommend creative ideas in line with the current industry trends
- Interpret clients needs and concept visuals based on requirements
Provide internal marketing support
- Produce marketing collaterals
- Produce Credential packs
- Assist in maintaining the website and other digital platforms/social media & newsletter
Ensure agreed design process is being followed
- Ensure graphic outcome is completed to Engine Room standard & quality
- Ensure senior graphic designer is kept abreast of the relevant projects
Participate in continuous process improvement activities Participate in training program
- Actively participate in the Annual Performance Review
- Proactively promote and role model safety in the workplace
Assist with general design duties
- Supplier liaison
- Maintain artwork files & image library
- General Admin
Key Skills/Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design / Visual Communication
- Previous professional experience in design related industry (1 - 3 years)
- English proficiency and exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
- Strong graphic design & illustration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent eye for color and typography
- Basic marketing knowledge is plus
- Basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office
- Creative and high attention to detail
- Hardworking and able to meet deadlines
