INFORMATION
1. Position: Junior E-commerce Executive
2. Address: 82/48 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 08, District 03, HCMC.
3. Work hours: 09h00 – 18h00, Monday to Friday.
JD:
Site Maintenance:
- Page management - (home page, category page) inform customers on each page.
- Assist in set up of online promotion and digital marketing campaign to boost online sales.
- Manage and update new items and existing products on E-commerce platform. Monitor day by day operation performance:
- Coordinate with Design & Content outsource to create, update, improve products' content, images.
- Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget.
- Coordinate and work with other departments for smooth running of sales operation. - Conduct market research to develop new products; identify new market to enter and occupy market share.
- Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics.
- Perform inventory management and prepare sales forecast for each product.
Other tasks:
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/manager.
Requirements:
English: Good at writing & reading, researching.
University bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in planning and team management.
Open for fresh or 1 year experience years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in e-commerce.
Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Be proactive with "can-do" attitude.
Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Have the ability analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven.
