Job description for Junior Customer Representative at Insurance Market Pte Ltd
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and happy individual to join us. The role is simple; we need a nice junior customer service representative. Preferably one that has a passion for doing things better and more efficient and that fits nicely in the team of dedicated professionals we are building and who is interested in growing with us long-term.
The job will consist of both telephone and personal contact with customers and with our insurance partners.
Experience is a plus but not necessary, but willingness to learn and a high energy level are a must. Passion for helping people to get their finances right is also an important trait.

Scope of Duties:
· Providing quotations to car dealers and clients and helping to submit data for issuing insurance online
· Validate and check supporting documents & update customer records accordingly.
· Help improve the process to make it more customer friendly and efficient.
Skills Required:
- Good Command in English Language
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to multi task & prioritize work in a fast paced & collaborative start up environment
- Able to handle personal & confidential information with discretion
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite
- Knowledge in general & motor insurance will be added advantage
- Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
