We are a growing professional services company, focusing on executing digital transformation.
We provide end-to-end solutions for enhancing the overall efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction, of our valued customers.
Currently, we have major portfolios: execution services, academy and work management platform, serving key industry sectors: aviation, telecommunication, asset & property management, financial service, oil & gas.
At the moment, we are looking for the best candidates to be part of our team as:
Junior Consultant
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Max age of 30 years old
- 3 years Proven experience as Business Analyst, preferably having experience in Change management or Business Process Improvement project.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, great communication and interpersonal skills, Communicating effectively in verbal and written expression
- Able to develop solution-oriented proposals and capable in delivering solution presentation
- Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
- Able to facilitate face-to-face client sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support creation of solution proposal in presales phase
- Conduct initial assessments for each client before the project begins
- Perform service and provide project deliverables, as per project SOW
- Recommend / creating solutions for internal RPS improvement (business process, and project management related)
