Position: Junior Chartered Accountant
Location: Singapore (with overseas travel)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: SGD 5,000/month (Singaporean/PR candidates)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers exposure to group entities finance, consolidation reporting, and M&A activities, with opportunities for overseas assignments. Candidates who are fresh graduates with CA qualification are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Group consolidation: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
2. M&A support: Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and integration of acquired businesses.
3. Financial reporting: Ensure compliance with IFRS/SG FRS and internal reporting standards.
4. Overseas travel: Participate in cross-border finance projects and liaise with international teams.
5. Audit coordination: Support external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.
Requirements
1. Chartered Accountant qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA equivalent).
2. Fresh graduates with CA qualification are encouraged to apply.
3. 0–3 years of experience in finance consolidation and exposure to M&A transactions preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
5. Willingness to travel overseas for assignments.
6. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
