Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, digital ads, content, KOL/influencer, production, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to attend meetings, networking events, and client visits when required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
