Job description for Jr. Marketplace Ops Manager at Rara Delivery
- Assist Operation Manager in managing Marketplace operation on a daily basis
- Supervise Marketplace operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
- Oversee marketplace operational cost and risk
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion
- Create Marketplace operational report on Weekly and monthly basis
- Develop, evaluate and recommend marketplace operational strategies to Operational Manager
- Research power for expansion plan base on competitive landscape
- Meeting with client
- Work with Driver Management team for supply planning
- Work with Tech team about the tech issue and improvement plan
- Minimum 2 years working experience in business operations with 1 year as team leader
- In depth knowledge of on demand logistic or instant delivery
- Good with numbers, having knowledge of data analytics, performance/operation metrics and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- A problem solver with analytical mind
- Good planning and execution skill
- Good in strategic thinking
- Demonstrate strong competence in analytic and decision making
- Knowledge in forecasting system is an advantage
- Having leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
