Job description for Jr Business Operation at Rey.id
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Rey internal team & key partners to find the right solution to resolve Member orders, inquiries, and/or complaints.
- Create and submit Business & Operations reports on time based on the agreed schedule with Key Partners and/or Rey Internal team.
- Keeping records that can be traced all forms of interaction with Key Partners and/or Rey Internal team in terms of handling orders, inquiries, and/or complaints.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess min. a Diploma Degree from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics major.
- Preferably has 1 year of working experience in the related field, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having knowledge in Business Operation or Business Development, experience in using Microsoft Office (especially excel) or other similar applications/programs to do reporting.
- Preferably a Business Operation person with experience in Health & Life Insurance or a financial company.
- Good communication and administration skills, as well as business acumen and problem solving skills.
