Job description for Jewellery Production Executive at Carrie K.

Turn Beautiful Ideas into Beautifully Meaningful Jewellery

Carrie K. is looking for a meticulous and proactive Production Executive who loves fine jewellery, craftsmanship and getting every little detail right.

We create meaningful, modern heirlooms — Wearable Wishes designed to celebrate life, love and the people who matter most. Behind every beautifully finished piece is someone making sure the journey from idea to jewel happens accurately, thoughtfully and impeccably.

About the Role

You’ll be the operational backbone of our design and production process, working closely with our Creative Operations Manager, craftsmen and suppliers to bring Carrie K. designs to life, from Bespoke Engagement rings to collections inspired by Asian Heritage Stories.

From CADs and prototypes to production, quality control and final documentation, you’ll keep every project moving smoothly, on brief and on time — while upholding the craftsmanship our clients expect from Carrie K.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate jewellery development from design brief, CAD and sampling through to final production

• Track production orders and proactively flag delays, discrepancies or quality issues

• Liaise with suppliers and craftsmen on technical requirements, timelines and samples

• Review CADs, prototypes and finished pieces against approved specifications

• Conduct and support meticulous quality checks — because the little details matter

• Maintain accurate production trackers, technical files, inventory and documentation

• Troubleshoot production challenges and come to the table with proposed solutions

• Support the team with product knowledge, sizing and technical guidance when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in jewellery design, production or operations, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury accessories or a craft-based industry

• Basic understanding of jewellery construction, gemstones, precious metals and production processes

• CAD experience such as Rhino, or strong sketching ability with an eagerness to learn CAD

• Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Clear communicator who can work confidently with craftsmen, suppliers and teammates

• A proactive problem-solver with a zero-compromise attitude towards quality

• Most importantly, a genuine curiosity and passion for fine jewellery and craftsmanship

Why Carrie K.?

We’re a small, entrepreneurial team that believes great work comes from curiosity, thoughtfulness, collaboration and taking pride in doing things well. You’ll learn about gemstones, design, craftsmanship and the fascinating process of transforming an idea into a precious piece that may be treasured for generations.

If you’re someone who spots the detail others miss — and gets a quiet thrill from seeing a beautifully meaningful jewellery come together — we’d love to meet you.
