Job description for IT Support at PT. Koding Next Indonesia
- Creating, developing and update the system according to the company needs
- Caring and repairing the hardware (computer, laptop, IPAD, handphone) of Company
- Caring, repairing and updating the software (computer, laptop, IPAD, handphone) of Company
- Securing and backing up Company data in the system
- Securing and keeping stock Company Asset
- Maintaining supporting machines such as printers, scanners and so on
- Caring and repairing the internet network
- Installing, scanning and cleaning the viruses of the computers/laptops
- Other job-related tasks as determined by the supervisor.
- Written and spoken English
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT Support
- Mastering and understanding windows and macintosh applications
- Repairing & Troubleshooting computer problems
- Understanding software and hardware installation
- Understanding wired and wireless networking
- Understanding how to operated mikrotik router
- Basic programming
- Understanding web server in general
- Having asset management skill is value added
- Planning, communicating, analytical thinking, problem solving & teamwork
- Monthly salary 4.500.000 - 5.000.000 IDR
