Job description for IT Support at PT Global Jet Ecommerce
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information System, or Computer Science.
- Preferably have working experience at least 1 years in the related field.
- Good communication skills is a must.
- Knowledge of how ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM system works.
- Willing to learn a new ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM system.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Good knowledge of API, Database and Web-Apps is a plus.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English or Mandarin is a plus.
Role & Responsibility
- Setup, configure, and migrate ERP system on client site.
- Study existing ERP system to maximize product strengths and weaknesses.
- Conduct a technical training about our product to clients.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution, including via chat, e-mail, phone call, or direct to client site.
- Ensure IT support requests are resolved or escalated in a timely manner
- Ensure IT Documentation is kept current and accurate.
- Collaborate and work closely to sales and marketing team.
- Create video tutorial material and Webinar.
- Conduct software testing and analysis.
