Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree related major
- Min 1-year experience at the related position
- Good in English
- Knowledge in computer, networking, computer parts
- Intermediate knowledge of Ms. Excel and Ms operating system
- Could install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows
- Ability to work to deadline
Job description:
Troubleshoot and solve end-user problems
Responsible to install, configure computers, hardware, software, network printer, and scanner
Responsible to maintain IT Asset, hardware, and software
Write and send the report on the end-users problems and request
do the mail server, networking and do PR and SR
Responsible to support all users inside the company
