Job description for IT Software Support at Ditium Technologies Pte Ltd
To provide Technical Support throughout the life cycle of a project implementation and / or a professional service support.
This includes:
a. Preparing the Scope of Works (SOW) based on Client's requirements
b. Followup on specific tasks prior to implementation
c. Work independently to install our Application Software based on SOW
d. Ensure User Acceptance, including training if necessary
e. Generate Installation documentation
f. Provide Level 2 and Level 2 Support through remote access, webex, email, etc. including identification of root cause analysis of reported issues and ensuring thorough diagnosis and problem resolution
Qualifications:
a. Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or strong experience related to the Job Responsibilites
b. Required Skills: - Practical experience in the setup and deployment of Windows / Linux Servers, MSSQL Servers, Email Servers, Web Servers, sFTP Servers
- Fair knowledge of Javascript programming and MSSAL queries and Batch file commands
c. Others
- Strong interest in Software deployment in Enterprise Environments
- Analytic mind set in the approach to problem solving
d. Language - Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to create technical documentation and client presentations.
