Job description for IT Project Manager at PT Inti Corpora Teknologi
Job Description
- Manage business and implementation team to deliver projects.
- Maintain good communication with internal team member and customer.
- Ensure project deliverable are fulfilled in timely manner.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve potential issue that might cause delay or any negative impact.
- Project planning, monitoring, controlling, review, and reporting.
- Develop project governance and ensure every stream are aligned with acceptance deliverables.
- Manages and provides project management consultation, both from business and implementation cycle.
- Together with other divisions create commitment plans, flowcharts, project effort & budget estimation, headcounts & resource allocation, risk calculation and mitigation.
- Identify, analyze, and research on potential new project or development to support sales.
Minimum Qualification
- 5 years plus experience in managing and leading projects
- Experience in handling complex IT projects (preferably Banking Industry).
- Excellent communication skill, ability to manage good relationship and communication within internal team & external (customer & vendor).
- Excellent team management & organization skill.
- Strong sense of business logic.
- High proficiency with project management tools - Ms. Office, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skill, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
- Well organized, multitasker, strong team player, energetic.
