Job description for IT Project Management at PT Code Development Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description):

Melakukan pengawalan, pemantauan, dan dukungan manajemen proyek IT (Project Management Support).
Melakukan pemantauan milestone proyek, identifikasi risiko (RAID log), penyusunan timeline / Gantt Chart, serta pembuatan Weekly/Daily Status Report.
Menyusun Minutes of Meeting (MoM) untuk rapat teknis maupun rapat manajemen.
Mengelola kelengkapan administrasi proyek dan kelengkapan dokumen Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Mengelola administrasi alokasi resource proyek IT dan mendukung tata kelola Human Capital (HC) proyek.
Melakukan koordinasi dan komunikasi antar-fungsi lintas tim/departemen.

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan (Requirements):

Pendidikan: Minimal Lulusan S1 (Sarjana) jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau Human Capital / Manajemen yang berpengalaman di proyek IT.
Pengalaman Kerja: Memiliki latar belakang (background) di bidang IT dan pengalaman kerja dalam pengawalan/dukungan manajemen proyek (Project Management Support / IT Project Officer).
Memiliki pemahaman / pengalaman terkait tata kelola Human Capital (HC) atau administrasi alokasi resource proyek IT menjadi nilai lebih.

Keahlian Teknis & Keterampilan:

Terbiasa melakukan monitoring milestone, identifikasi risiko (RAID log), pembuatan timeline / Gantt Chart, serta pembuatan Weekly/Daily Status Report.
Terbiasa menyusun Minutes of Meeting (MoM) rapat teknis/manajemen serta mengelola kelengkapan administrasi proyek dan dokumen SDLC.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi antar-fungsi (interpersonal skill) yang baik, serta ketelitian administrasi yang tinggi.
