Job description for IT Product Manager (Mandarin Speaker) at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)

Job Description

Support the optimization and development of the transportation capacity platform
Work on key modules: route planning, task dispatching, and driver app
Collect and analyze feedback from drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams
Design product features for route optimization, real-time task dispatching, and driver management
Create simple prototypes using Figma/Axure and support testing
Collaborate with tech, operations, and data teams to launch features
Monitor basic KPIs such as capacity utilization and dispatch accuracy

Job Requirements

0–2 years of product-related experience (fresh graduates / interns are welcome)
Strong interest in logistics, transportation, or platform products
Familiar with Figma or similar tools
Basic data analysis skills (Google Sheets or equivalent)
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate well with cross-functional teams
Fluent in Chinese, English is a plus
