Job description for IT Helpdesk at PT. Multi Kontrol Nusantara
Key Areas Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting PC, Notebook, Scanner, Network Setting, CCTV, Finger, Printer, Installation Software
- Handling all inventory and documentation about IT asset
- Daily report to Manager day-to-day
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Camputer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fast learner and good communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan
