What we're looking for:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Required skills: communication, database querying, Python/Bash scripting, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows/Linux system operations, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What will you do:
- Handle customer complaints.
- Understand business flows, database tables, and user manuals.
- Complete tasks within the agreed SLA.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues.
- Validate reported complaints.
- Prepare project and system support documentation.
- Monitor and support clients.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
This position requires working in shifts:
Shift 1: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Shift 2: 03:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
