Job description for IT Helpdesk Infra Production Support at PT Jasa Kelola Asia

* At least 4 years of experience supporting IT Helpdesk and IT Infra
* Fluent in English
* Serving as Single Point of Contact to users on all IT helpdesk cases
* Service call handling, issue tracking, escalation, reporting
* Coordinate with Regional IT, Bank’s IT and Global IT for issue resolution and/or project activity
* Execute activities of daily system morning checking including effectiveness of system backup and data replication.
*Assist in project rollout
* IT Inventory management
* Troubleshoot, with proper guidance, certain application issues when the application manager is not available
*IT administration in general
*Participate in end user support and assist in project rollout on all IT infrastructures related activities for the Asset Management Business Line.
*To support all local users requests relating to application issue resolution when application manager unavailable
