Job description for IT Consultant at Delman.io
Responsibility
- Being a pre-sales resource that leads the consultative discovery of the client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges, and then translates them into effective technology solutions.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept (POC) demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to Request for Information / RFI’s & Request for Proposal/ RFPs
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Keep up-to-date on technical knowledge and handle complicated technical issues for customers
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, Engineering and Computer Science is plus
- Preferred to have working experience/knowledge in tech/IT industry
- Ability to quickly understand client facing complex problems and advise effective solutions
- Ability to combine technical & commercial considerations into the decision making process
- Attention to detail, Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to compellingly articulate Delman's product offering to technical, non-technical and business audiences
- Familiar with Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Fluent in business level English and Indonesian
