- Coordinate and manage user requirements workshops, communicate with the Business Owner, Product Owner, Development team, Stakeholders, support teams to ensure successful requirements gathering
- Communicate and clarify business / functional requirements to developer teams
- Work with vendor to resolve issues and answer user queries.
- Manage, coordinate and communicate issues among internal project teams and customers.
- Assist on the testing approach and documenting of test cases.
- Assist Users during the testing phase.
- Have a Bachelors/Master’s Degree, preferably from Finance, Financial Engineering Background
- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
- Experienced in formal analysis techniques, including UML
- Excellent command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing)
- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
- Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion
- Exceptional presentation and client relation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills (including but not limited to Vietnamese)
- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
- Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects
- Thorough, paying attention to detail
- Previous banking experience or knowledge of Treasury Products or Treasury System (Murex, Calypso, SunGard, etc.) will be an advantage.
