Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Mengelola dan mencatat transaksi keuangan harian.

2. Membuat laporan keuangan dasar (kas masuk, kas keluar, petty cash).

3. Melakukan rekonsiliasi data keuangan dan bank.

4. Mengelola arsip dan dokumen terkait administrasi keuangan.

5. Membantu proses audit internal maupun eksternal.

6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim accounting dan HR terkait pembayaran maupun administrasi lainnya

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.

2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi serupa (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).

3. Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) dan software akuntansi menjadi nilai tambah.

4. Teliti, jujur, memiliki kemampuan analisis, serta komunikasi yang baik.

5. Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan tim.
