Job description for Internal IT Executive at Toku
Internal IT Manager
The Internal IT Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities within the organisation. The scope of the Internal IT manager's responsibilities comprises of hardware and software that is part of Toku's employee IT environment. The role requires to facilitate the access and permission management for the different corporate tools as well as driving better adoption and educating staff about good IT practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for onboarding; procurement, configuring and issuing of laptop, granting corporate tool access
- Provide IT support for offboarding; collection of laptop and other IT products, resetting of laptops, disable access to corporate tools and emails
- Support Toku in all internal IT related issues
- Instruct and educate staff on good IT practices
- Facilitate better adoption of corporate tools
- Establish IT guidelines and processes within Toku
- Conduct regular audits of Toku's IT infrastructure
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in IT operations
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Highly knowledgeable - and certified - with:Azure Active Directory Microsoft Office 365 Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
- ITIL Certification is a plus
