Intern (Prompt Engineering and Solutions)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Intern (Prompt Engineering and Solutions). As part of our Generative AI Solutions Team, you will play a vital role in ideating, designing, creating, and testing our Generative AI applications while conducting research to identify opportunities for productivity enhancement. You will have the opportunity to explore various Large Language Models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Co-Pilot, Perplexity, Zephyr, and others, as well as engage in experiments with Small Language Models. (No programming knowledge needed.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ideation, Design and Creation of Generative AI applications and solutions

• Ideate potential solutions for clients’ and partners’ needs
• Design visual assets and multimedia content for optimal user experience in AI tools and bundles
• Develop and refine AI tools and Toolkits for various business areas to meet needs and experience requirements

2. Testing of Generative AI Business & Productivity Tools:

• Conduct thorough testing of Generative AI business and productivity tools to ensure functionality, optimal customer experience, reliability, and performance meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with end-user and development teams to identify and report bugs or issues

3. Research and Content Preparation:

• Conduct research on particular sectors and lines of business for which AI would fill a business need
• Research and develop content focused around specific Bodies of Knowledge for which AI can provide productivity and learner advantages

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in Generative AI projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.

5. Communication:

• Assist in the development of documentation and media to promote the communication of our Generative AI solutions
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in Generative AI technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a degree related to Artificial Intelligence, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, with experience working with Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT) preferred.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in Learning and Development would be an advantage
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
• Proven ability to conduct research, analyse data, and generate insights to drive decision-making and innovation.
