DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern of the Enterprise Partnerships & Cards department, the intern will assist the team in supporting the new development of partnerships, optimization & reporting of existing partnerships in APEC.
Key tasks for the intern:
1) Monthly performance reporting of existing partnerships in APEC
2) Development support for upcoming partnerships
3) Competition landscape analysis
4) Support launch planning, operational coordination & on ground activation
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes:
- Possess strong ethical values and behavior
- Creative, driven and having an inquisitive mindset
- Resourceful in solving issues and problems, leveraging resource to get resources
- Good use of IT software, hardware, other media forms is a plus.
- Excellent utilization of MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excess
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment, especially in a multicultural team, and with all departments – both above property and at the hotels
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, creating an environment allowing timely information flows throughout the organization
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
Undergraduate in brand marketing, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies
Requirements
Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass
Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program
Grooming:
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
