As we grow, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Intern who can support our content, social media, event documentation, digital communication, and brand communication activities.
Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Intern will support Nauli Data’s marketing communication activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, event content, hiring campaigns, partnership updates, short-form video, and internal/external communication materials.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys content, storytelling, social media, events, documentation, and communication. You will help turn company activities, technology topics, partnership moments, and founder/team insights into clear and engaging content.
You will work closely with the Product Marketing & Brand Lead, Designer / Visual Content Specialist, business development team, project team, and leadership team.
What You Will Do
- Support content planning for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other company communication channels.
- Write draft captions, short copy, event recaps, hiring posts, campaign copy, and simple content scripts.
- Help create content ideas around AI, cybersecurity, defense-tech, critical systems, enterprise technology, company culture, hiring, and partnerships.
- Support documentation during company events, client meetings, workshops, campus visits, seminars, and internal activities.
- Assist in creating short-form video concepts, reels, simple interview content, and event highlight content.
- Support the preparation of content for company programs, including discussion sessions, video series, speaker sessions, or podcast-style content when needed.
- Help manage the content calendar, posting schedule, and content asset organization.
- Assist with basic research for content topics, event themes, guest profiles, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to prepare visuals, captions, and publication materials.
- Monitor basic social media performance and collect simple insights from published content.
- Support employer branding content for hiring campaigns and company culture communication.
Who We Are Looking For
- Student or fresh graduate from Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in content, social media, storytelling, branding, events, and technology communication.
- Able to write clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, reels, short-form video, and digital content trends.
- Comfortable creating content from events, discussions, interviews, meetings, and company activities.
- Able to research topics and turn them into simple content ideas.
- Organized, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar tools.
- Interested in AI, cybersecurity, defense technology, enterprise technology, startups, consulting, or business communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts, campus media, student organization content, event documentation, podcast/video content, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn content.
- Basic photography or mobile videography skill is a plus.
- Basic video editing skill is a plus.
- Experience writing captions, articles, scripts, interview questions, or event recaps is a plus.
- Experience supporting events, seminars, webinars, campus activities, or community programs is a plus.
- A portfolio or sample of previous content work is preferred.

Working Arrangement
Employment type: Internship
Location: South Jakarta / Onsite
Duration: 3–6 months
Availability: Preferably able to work during office hours and attend selected events or documentation sessions.
