Job description for Interior Sales Consultant at Skyy Design Workshop Pte Ltd
- Sourcing and managing of suitable leads creation platform
- Scheduling and advising the corporate clients and homeowners on space planning
- Provide professional advice to clients on the design concept, material selection, and renovation solutions
- Site inspection and Project management
- Direct Email marketing and referral for corporate clients on commercial and renovation
- Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele
- Handling client project inquiries on specifications and lead-time
- Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
- Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
- Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project-related
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports
- On-The-Job provided and with marketing’s leads support
- Diploma in interior design and with min. 3 years experience in interior design planning
- Handle company business leads and canvasing new ones
- Work with clients on their interior design requirements
- Quote and conceptualise the design concept according to the client's requirements
- Provide professional design and budget consultation to potential clients
- Work collaboratively with internal and external members such as designer, in-house production, sub-contractors and vendors
- Manage the project site effectively together with the sub contractors
