The mission
As Technical Lead, you are responsible for managing the team in charge of connecting customers' systems and data with Nano, ensuring seamless and optimal data integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall technical vision and architecture, ensuring the platform can scale with business growth
- Work hands-on with the team to ship product on time — this is a builder role, not just a director role
- Foster an engineering culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
Who We Are Looking For
1. Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in software development
- 2–3 years in a senior/lead role Tech Lead, preferably in HRM, Fintech, or similar domains
- Experience leading end-to-end integration projects with third-party partners (banks, payroll providers, ERP systems, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (HUST, PTIT, VNU, or equivalent)
2. Core technical skills (must-have)
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with hands-on experience in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch)
- Experience designing and building GraphQL APIs
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud experience with AWS or GCP
3. Engineering practices
- Solid understanding of software principles, common design patterns, and software best practices
- Track record of improving application security, performance, and operability
4. Soft skills & mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Product mindset — comfortable collaborating with Product to scope, prioritize, and deliver features iteratively
- Ability to mentor and uplift other engineers on the team
- Good communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
