As an integral part of the Information and Communication System Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Info and Communication System directly.
The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:
- Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers / Network routers & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
- Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT Applications
- Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
- Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
- Monitor backup & restoration of databases
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Acronis etc
- Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users including branch office users
- Provide EOD support / weekend support based on team roster
- Provide IT support during major campaigns / peak periods
Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field required
- Experience in PC and Server Support
- Knowledge in EMC SAN Storage is desirable
- Available to work period weekends and off-hours for on-site support requirements
- Available for rotational 24/7 on call support
